Changes due to the FEMA Biological Opinion (BiOp)

** Town hall was held on 9/28/2024                                  The City Council will hold a Town Hall to hear a presentation on impacts on development required by to the FEMA Biological Opinion (BiOp) Pre-Implementation Compliance Measures to ensure compliance with the Endangered Species Act. Following the presentation there will be a Question & Answers period. 

The Town Hall will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2024, in the Ad Montgomery Community Hall, located at 5525 B Street. 

The public is welcome and encouraged to attend. 

Following the Town Hall, the City Council will consider which of the offered options the City will choose to comply with the requirements. This decision will not be made at the Town Hall, but at the City Council meeting on October 8, 2024.
