Are there Wetlands on the property?
The City of Bay City has a wetland inventory that identifies the primary wetlands within the City.
Maps are available for review at City Hall. If the property is not shown on the inventory but evidence
of wetland exist
you will be required to follow state guidelines for development.

What is the Intensity Zone on the property?

What is the minimum lot size for development for the Intensity Zone?
