Bay City Community Hall located at 5525 B Street, Bay City, OR

The City of Bay City rents the community hall for many different events both private and public throughout the year. The hall measures approximately 40' x 44' in size and has an adjoining kitchen. Tables and chairs are available. Hall rental is $100 per day for Bay City residents and $150 per day for non-residents. All renters are required to pay a refundable cleaning/security deposit of  $150.00. If alcohol will be allowed at the event the renter is required to provide "host liquor liability" insurance in the amount of $500,000. The maximum capacity is 257 persons.
